Product Description
NOW Specialties offers copper in either a natural finish or a customized alloy. Stock-sized sheets are crafted into panels or shingles, providing a versatile material for various applications.
As natural (also referred to as “mill-finished”) copper reacts with the environment, its patina develops slowly and predictably, gradually shifting colors twice in its lifespan. First, the lustrous new penny finish darkens into a matte, oxidized color, which in some cases can become fully black. In time, that dull russet hue lightens again, into the second, better-known blue-green color, called verdigris.
